It is very detailed. I am going to quote Dermstore, "# Begin using Bioclear in a conservative manner. Replace any glycolic acid based products with Biolclear.1. Start with only once per day application and gradually increase application to night if desired.2.

Bioclear Lotion is applied after C-Esta or immediately after cleansing if C-Esta is not included in regimen.3. Mild stinging and, temporary redness and slight flaking is normal with initial use of this product.."
